Our Pet Policy

Details: We recognize that pets are part of the family. Two pets per apartment home. We accept cats and dogs with a 60 lbs weight limit. The pet fee is $300 per apartment. There is an additional monthly pet rent of $10 per pet. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid.
